Today, mom and dad went shopping. They got done and were a few minutes away from home when they got rear-ended. It's pretty cool. Anyways, here are some pictures:

Later, when they were home, dad was trying to file a new claim. He was talking to a computer and it wouldn't respond to him. Then, he started to yell, "I WANT A NEW CLAIM!!" Everyone there started to crack up.
